Place the pad on your underwear with the soft cotton side facing up. Secure it by snapping the wings around the underwear.
The pad is designed to stay in place, whether you’re walking, sitting or sleeping.
Depending on your flow, change every 4–6 hours during the day, and use a night pad for overnight comfort.
After use, rinse the pad under cold running water to remove blood. Avoid hot water, as it can set stains.
You can soak pads in cold water for a few hours or overnight. Adding a little salt or gentle soap helps loosen stains.
Hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents, as they damage the fabric.
Ensure no soap remains, as residue can irritate your skin.
Dry your pads in direct sunlight, as it naturally helps disinfect the pads.
If sun isn’t available, dry outdoors under a clean cloth or in a well-ventilated shaded area.
Tip: To be sure your pad is completely dry, gently press the layers between your fingers. If it feels cool or slightly damp, give it more time in the sun or fresh air. Pads should feel warm and crisp-dry before you store or re-use them.
Once dry, fold your pad and store it in a clean, dry bag or pouch until next use.
Carry a wet bag (or any small zip pouch) for storing used pads when outside home.
